The health and safety of our customers and staff is an important issue. 

State and Federal agencies have asked that all businesses take enhanced health and safety measures due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  This includes but is not limited to wearing a facial protection mask, utilizing proper and frequent hand washing, utilizing hand sanitizer, frequently utilizing disinfectants, wearing gloves when appropriate, and staying home when sick or experience a body temperature of 100.4 or greater.  We also ask that our customers, employees, and subcontractors adhere to these state and federal guidelines as well.  There is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 when in any place where people are present.  COVID-19 is extremely contagious and can lead to severe illness and death.  According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and people with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.  Mega Nursing Services Inc, its employees, customers, clients and subcontractors understand this risk, the possibility of contracting COVID-19 or contracting ANY infectious diseases that are inherent around people or crowds and voluntarily assume all risks related to the possibility of exposure while in our building, utilizing our services, for employment, or providing a service.  All people entering our facility, utilizing our services, for employment or providing a service, are asked to do their part in mitigating this risk by following state and federal guidelines.
